As a trained Naturopath, I work with a view of health which has several layers. In my view, health is many factors, and there is much that an individual can do to manage their own health and lifestyle.

 

In Naturopathy these factors are part of health: diet, nutrition, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and oils, herbs, homeopathy, exercise and sleep. As a therapist, I take the time to listen and ask about all the factors that can influence health, and a precise plan is laid out that can easily be carried out with results.

 

I have worked in the health world for 24 years. In everything from health food, on herb fields, as a nutritionist, lecturer and writer in the field. I have training as a dietitian, reflexologist, Naturpath, Child health advisor. And then I myself am the mother of three troll cubs, who have put me on the path as a Children's Naturopath. I have chosen to specialize in babies and children - and of course also look after their parents and the whole family.
