ADHD and food intolerances

According to research, it has been seen that children with an ADHD diagnosis actually often have an intolerance to food.

The fact that they cannot digest specific foods properly means that it is a burden on the body. The substances that are not digested properly act as a kind of 'poison' for the system. The body's liver and intestines etc. must then use gunpowder to get these 'cleaned' out. The substances send wrong signals to the child's brain and nervous system. Even hormonal system. And a medical pill like ADHD medication does nothing about this. It 'treats the symptoms' or 'turns off' a system - but it does not fix what repeatedly triggers the error signals.

And imagine if this 'toxic' substance was something as simple as gluten - which the child eats every eternal day? Or soy? Or eggs? Or the child gets a bag of wine gummy bears as Friday sweets.

A statistic I found on one of my courses:

Common foods categorized by frequency of being found as 'problem' foods in children with ADHD diagnoses:

  1. Food Dyes/preservatives 79%

  2. Soya 73%

  3. Milk 64%

  4. Chocolate 59%

  5. Wheat 49%

  6. Oranges 45%

  7. Egg 39%

Thought-provoking! So I am very careful to thoroughly check a child's food and exclude foods that may be individual triggers for your child. A tailored diet program is therefore always included in a consultation/program

with me as a Pediatric Biopath. Not just a list of nutritional supplements - because the base must also be corrected.
